The purposes of case analyses are to provide students with (1) an in-depth and real-world look at the complexities of a managerial and/or leadership situation, and (2) the opportunity to practice analytical skills that will be important in the real world. The objectives are clear thinking and sound analysis. In studying and analyzing a case, you will need to sort the information into relevant versus irrelevant facts, organize the available facts into a clear descriiption of the issue(s) at hand, determine which management theories or concepts may be useful to aid understanding or provide solutions to the problem, evaluate and/or develop possible courses of action to address the issue(s) in the case, choose and defend particular recommendations, and suggest how your recommendation(s) can be implemented. Thoroughly read the assigned cases and prepare a brief analysis and recommended alternatives. Think about what concepts or theories from class materials (readings, slides, discussion, etc.) could be used as support for the alternatives you suggest. We have learned Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. You should cite all material using APA format. Case is in attachment.
