Based on your analysis above, develop a nursing care plan for the child chosen for your case study highlighting FIVE care priorities/problems identified. In your care plan, include assessment data, nursing diagnosis/ collaborative problems, planning (goals/expected outcomes), nursing interventions, and evaluation.
